April 2024 Update for crDroid 10.4

What's New?

1. Initial crDroid 10.4 release
2. April security patches

Well basically, April 2024 security patches, and some last minute changes that didn't reach initial release of crDroid 10.3. Our servers are already syncronizing the main source, so expect an update sooner rather than later.

Device updates

1. Drop CarrierSettings
2. Build lineage health
3. Declare real vendor security patch
4. Build QTI Thermal 2.0 HAL
5. Drop pocketmode app (does nothing at all)
6. Update WFD system stack from OOS 14.0.0.81(EX01)
7. Import power libperfmgr from hardware/xiaomi
8. Switch to android.hardware.usb@1.3-service.dual_role_usb
